Spend some time thinking about your personal beliefs and how you live them. Ask yourself:
Who is my God?
What do I believe about God the Father?
What do I believe about Jesus?
What do I believe about the living presence of the Holy Spirit?
How do I live a Christian life?
Put these beliefs into a finished form that reflects not only your beliefs but also your personal gifts and things you enjoy. This could be a poster, a prayer, a card, a booklet, a song or other musical composition, a dance, a short play, a short story ... whatever you feel expresses your beliefs in a positive way... if you have a sports play that reflects your beliefs you can use that... use your imagination.
Talk to your sponsor about it. Pray on it...
The final form has to be something that can be displayed at your confirmation; so you can provide a CD/DVD (or digital recording) for anything that can't be done on a paper product.
If you want to work with a partner or small group from class then:
Everyone in the group must agree with the beliefs expressed
Everyone in the group must do a significant portion of the work
You may include people from outside class if you need "extras" for a musical recording, play, dance, etc...
Check with Maria Kirk or your teacher if you aren't sure the project will be acceptable.
No matter what you choose, this should look like it is well thought out and was put together with care.
